Making A Purchase Making a purchase or a payment could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Delivery Schedule We process and send your order right away and we would normally expect it to arrive within 3 working days, but please allow 28 days for delivery.

Tax Charges Are you a UK taxpayer? If so, every £1 you give could be worth £1.28 to us, at no cost to you. To Gift Aid your support, tick the box below t checkout and we will send you the relevant form.
1) You can cancel the declaration at any time by notifying us
2) If, in future, your circumstances change, and you no longer pay tax on your income and capital gains equal to the tax that the charity reclaims, you can cancel your declaration (see note 1)
3) If you pay tax at the higher rate you can claim further tax relief in your Self Assessment tax return.
4) If you are unsure whether your donations qualify for Gift Aid tax relief, ask us. Or ask your local tax office for leaflet IR65.

Guarantee Subject to your right to cancel the contract within seven working days, we will only accept the return of items if they are faulty or have been sent to you in error or if you are unhappy with a substitution. If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because of an error on our part, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
Our rescued animals
We hope that all the animals we rescue and help will have a long and rich life, as we ensure they receive the loving and expert care they need. If your purchase is an adoption and should, tragically, your adopted animal pass away, we will offer you an alternative animal of the same species to adopt in their place. |
